Our apartman with a pool is in Siófok’s resort area, 200m far from the Lake Balaton, from the free beach. It is 1000m far from the center. The distance from a grocery store is 400m. And right in the neighbourhood, there is a restaurant.
Description:
The apartman was renovated in 2014. It has pool and qualitative furniture. The renovated guesthouse has everything, what is needed for a perfect rest. The guests can park in the closeable yard.
The house is 170 sm, and can be rented for one week periods, from May to September. It is ideal for maximum 10 people, but truckle beds are also possible.
The first floor is rentable, there are 5 rooms in that floor.
All rooms has private bathroom and terrace and air condition system. As the part of the room, there is a LED LCD TV, which has USB port, so you are able to play your favourite film and music.
In that floor there is a well-equipped kitchen and dining room, with television.
Wifi is provided in the whole house, which is for the guests private usage.
In the garden there is a 6x4m pool for the guests. Next to the pool, there are garden furniture, deck chairs for the perfect relaxation.
This guesthouse is a perfect decision for families, circle of friends, couples, and for people who desire relaxation.
On the ground floor, but in a seperated flat lives the owner, who helps everytime during the holiday, but he does not disturb you.
